This policy applies to all products purchased from Supa F Spares, either directly from our Melbourne office located at 92-96 Hume Hwy, Somerton VIC 3062, our Queensland office at 31 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509, or through our website.
Returns Due to Fault
- Time Frame for Return: Products identified as faulty can be returned within 12 months from the invoice date.
- Return Locations:
- Victoria: Returns can be made in person or shipped to our Melbourne office at 92-96 Hume Hwy, Somerton VIC 3062.
- Queensland: Returns can be made in person or shipped to our Queensland office at 31 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must be presented to facilitate the return.
- Assessment of Fault: All returned items will undergo an inspection to verify the fault. Supa F Spares reserves the right to determine if a product failure is due to a manufacturing defect or otherwise.
- Outcome of Faulty Returns: If a product is determined to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect, Supa F Spares will offer a replacement, repair, or a full refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
General Conditions
- Change of Mind: Supa F Series Spares offer a 30 day return policy on new parts, excluding electrical items, all items must be returned in its original packaging.
- Shipping Costs: For any product returned due to fault, the cost of shipping to our Melbourne or Queensland office will be borne by Supa F Spares if the product is confirmed as faulty. Otherwise, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Handling of Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition received, accompanied by any accessories or manuals that were included.
